Manley Rods Pro Series Turbo Tuff “I” Beam Steel

Manley Pro Series connecting rods are forged from aircraft quality 4340 vacuum degassed material. Each Manley rod is fully machined in the Manley Lakewood, NJ factory to the highest standards. Manley Rods signature ”Turbo Tuff” design combines the appropriate weight and rugged strength for ultimate horsepower applications. Each Manley rod is shot peened after machining and magnafluxed. Manley Rod Bores are round and without taper. Manley Rods Bend and twist is tightly controlled. Cap fasteners are 3/8” APR 2000 cap screws.

• Forged from 4340 aircraft quality vacuum degassed material (P/N 15403 is made from 300M alloy with a flywheel horsepower range of 1,400+)
• Shot peened after machining to MIL-spec and 100% individually magnafluxed
• Specifically designed to handle high horsepower applications when using turbos and/or nitrous
• Cap fasteners are 3/8” ARP 2000 cap screws, except part number 14427 is supplied with 7/16” ARP 2000 fasteners
• Flywheel horsepower range for these rods in a 4 cylinder application is 1,000+ and for a 6 cylinder application the range is 1,250+

Manley Performance manufactures the finest steel connecting rods in the Sport Compact industry. Our Pro Series "I" Beam is forged from 4340 aircraft quality vacuum degassed material. We utilize our proven "Turbo Tuff" design and add 3/8" ARP 2000 cap screws. All rods are properly shot peened after machining and 100% magnafluxed.
	Manley Pro Series Turbo Tuff connecting rods are used by the best tuners in and outside of the United States in some of the fastest, high horsepower, heart-stopping engines being produced.
	For the budget-conscious enthusiast, we also offer our very high quality, yet economical, H-Beam design connecting rods. These are also manufactured from 4340 alloy forgings. They are fully machined, heat-treated, stress relieved, shot peened, and magnafluxed. They also are built standard with 3/8" ARP 2000 bolts. H-Plus sets come with ARP 625+ bolts.
On all Manley connecting rods, sets are weight-matched to ą 1.5 grams, big and small end bores are final honed to a tolerance of a .0002", critical bend and twist attributes are held to a minimum, and exacting attention is paid to every detail by our final inspection department; thus rendering a finished product that is second to none.
