A real evolution of the GTX Turbos
Garrett is now launching a new range of turbochargers for drag racing series with regulated compressor wheel size, the GXR series:
- Flow: +16% (GXR42-72 compared to G42-1200)
- Flow: +29% (GXR45-67 compared to G45-1125)
- Flow: +11% (GXR45-73 compared to G45-1350)
- XBoost technology for more power and performance
- Increased pressure ratio capability and higher boost pressure

WARNING: Maximum allowable turbocharger speed is 109krpm. The use of this product above max turbocharger speed is at the owner’s risk, and can result in damage and premature failure. To protect the turbocharger from overspeed when operating, a speed sensor can be installed into the compressor housing to monitor shaft speed. Sensors sold separately.
Performance results of this product are highly dependent upon your vehicle’s modifications and tuning/calibration. The horsepower numbers represented above are calculated based strictly on choke flow of the compressor map (total turbo capability), which represents the potential flywheel horsepower.
