Want a complete engine bay plumbing kit that includes a regulator, lines, and fittings? Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.

Manufactured with a large internal bore, the fuel rails can support all necessary engine power requirements. They are CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched for a high-quality surface finish.
These fuel rails are designed specifically for OEM or equivalent fitment injectors. For injector height flexibility and thermal insulation, 2 sets of machined insulating spacers are included. All injectors must use 11mm diameter upper O-rings just like the OEM Subaru injectors. Reference the instruction manual for more information.
The fuel rails are compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85.

OVERVIEW
These fuel rails have the same mounting and injector spacing as the 20-0577-02. However, these fuel rails feature an 8AN ORB port machined in the underside center of each fuel rail, as shown below.
NOTE: The center port bulge can create an interference with early AVCS solenoids found in the EJ207 and JDM EJ205. If this is the case, use P/N: 20-0577-02 below.

These fuel rails have the same mounting, injector spacing and fitment as the 20-0567-02 (above). However, each fuel rail has an 8AN ORB "top port", unlike 20-0567-02 which has a center lower port (picture below shown with Fuel Rail Adapter 20-0372).
The added clearance is necessary for the EJ207 and JDM EJ205 engines that have early AVCS solenoids with vertical connectors (shown below).

FUEL INJECTOR COMPATIBILITY
OEM Injectors-The Radium Engineering fuel rail features 11mm injector bores making it compatible with the factory Subaru EZ30 Phase-I "air-assist" fuel injectors. No modifications are needed. If preparing to use aftermarket fuel injectors, read below.
Aftermarket Injectors-The Phase-I EZ30 uses air-assist emissions equipment. These engines use a unique OEM fuel injector that is not replicated in the aftermarket. In order to use universal aftermarket fuel injectors, these cylinder heads require the provided Radium injector seats. When these injector seats are installed into the air-assist cylinder heads, an aftermarket injector that is 48mm long with an 11mm upper O-ring and 14mm lower O-ring must be used. The following universal injectors have been verified to be compatible. However, there are others on the market that will work that are not listed here.

OVERVIEW
These H-6 fuel rails are for the original Subaru EZ30 "Phase-I" flat 6 engine. This engine is denoted by having a single exhaust port per bank. These engines also incorporate the Subaru air-assist fuel injection system.
Each fuel rail has three 8AN ORB threaded ports (6 total). To reuse the OEM FPR, use 20-0301.
