DCT GS7 V8 Conversion kit for Toyota 1JZ/2JZ GE GTE FSE - 1300Nm

Kit for connecting the DCT GS7D36SG gearbox from the BMW M3 V8 S65 model with Toyota 1JZ / 2JZ GE / GTE / FSE engines.

The kit includes:

• A flywheel made of a light aircraft alloy AlZnMg+Ti with the strength of 42CrMo4 steel with an embedded starter ring and a spring splined insert acting as a dual-mass flywheel. Wheel insert available in 5 torque configurations 700 / 860 / 1056 / 1150 / 1300Nm. The maximum torque depends on the springs used and the ability to suppress harmonic vibrations of the motor with the simultaneous ability to carry such heavy loads. Complete flywheel with embedded starter gear ring.
•  Adapter made of AW7075-T651 fortal, superior in strength to S355 and C45 steel
• Mounting screws flywheels, adapter and gearbox

• We use modern 3D scanning technology, like the ATOS GOM scanner, for precise measurements with a maximum error of <0.002mm. For even higher accuracy needs, we have the FARO GAUGE ARM in our workshop.

• Our design process is powered by legal software, Dessault System Solid Works Professional, with regular updates through annual subscriptions to ensure the latest version is always used.

• In production, we rely on modern CNC machine tools from DMG MORI, known for their accuracy of up to 0.01mm, resulting in perfectly aligned gearboxes with the engine. Our machines comply with international ITAR regulations, ensuring positioning accuracy is not greater than 0.006mm.

• Only the finest certified materials are used for production. We employ special aluminum alloys like AlZnMg+Ti with titanium additives for flywheel production, custom-made for individual orders. These alloys provide the strength of 42CrMo4 steel but with less weight. Our adapters are made of the durable AW7075-T651 aluminum alloy known as Fortal, which is nearly three times stronger than the popular AW2017 aluminum. We source our strategic materials from reputable suppliers in the EU and the USA.
