CBS Racing now hiring: Experienced Welder / Fabricator

Due to regular projects involving custom high-performance automotive parts, we are now seeking a full-time experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our team!

What We're Looking For:

• Experienced Welder / Fabricator skilled in TIG welding.
• Experience in general machining work including lathe work, pressing, bending, tube welding, and soldering.
• Design and creative skills to innovate and create parts as needed and on-the-fly.
• Familiarity with the car part universe, utilizing this knowledge to improve products or come up with new creative solutions.
• Attention to detail to ensure weld quality and workplace safety.
• Decent mechanic skills are required.

Job examples:

Example projects include but are not limited to: turbo kits, exhaust systems, custom plates, brackets... 
Complete car projects: engine work, engine swaps...

About You:

• No specific educational background is required; we value skills and experience over formal education. Just prove to us that an ‘official education’ doesn't matter 😉!
• Fluent in English.
• You are curious and show initiative. We are always aiming to improve and do better, and therefore need someone who can think along and bring new ideas to the table!
• You can work on your own, but also enjoy teamwork.
